Jacob Schulz is a 2027 C/ with a 5-11 128 lb. frame from Eureka, IL. He has a tall frame with a thin build and plenty of room to add strength as he continues to develop physically. Ran the sixty yard dash in 8.25 seconds. Primary catcher that starts in a side-saddle stance and gains ground with his feet during the throwing process. He has chest high transfers and stands up on his throws. He showed one hop accuracy to the base. He can cut time off his already impressive 2.18 second pop time by staying low through his throws and finishing over his front foot. Right-handed hitter that starts in an even base with high hands and a high back elbow. He uses a hover leg kick for timing and has a rotational swing through the zone. He has a direct swing to the ball and has an up-the-middle approach. He is flat through the zone with the barrel and looks to his line drives.
