Justin Collins is a 2028 SS/RHP/C with a 5-10 135 lb. frame from Herndon, VA who attends South Lakes. Taller frame with long levers and a high waste. Ran a 8.10 in the sixty yard dash. Primary shortstop, moves through the baseball with energy, shorter arm action to a low slot release, recorded throws up to 64 mph across the diamond in drills. Secondary catcher, low side saddle set up, made on line throws up 61 mph, popped a 2.51 in catching drills. Left handed hitter, low hand set with an even base, swings with controlled violence, whips the barrel through with some bat speed, will improve with mechanical adjustments and added strength. Excellent student.
