Shane Stalbird is a 2025 OF/IF with a 5-10 155 lb. frame from Seminole, FL who attends Seminole. Slender young build with lots of room to get stronger. 7.13 runner in the sixty. Primary outfielder on defense, is aggressive to the ball and takes good angles, low funnel that fields the ball cleanly, arm strength is still developing but makes accurate one hop throws. Also worked out in the infield, presents the glove early and fields the ball cleanly, tends to stay back or retreat to balls, long arm action from an over the top slot, third base actions only. Left handed hitter, hits from an open stance with a leg raise trigger, tends to stay on his back side, uphill swing plane, front side tends to pull off early, hits to all fields. Good student.
