Drew Augusto is a 2029 RHP/3B/OF with a 6-0 174 lb. frame from Bridgeton, NJ who attends Gloucester Catholic. Nice young pitcher's body with some present strength and plenty of projection left. Has a compact arm action from a high 3/4's arm slot with good downhill angle to the plate. Fastball topped out at 80 mph and was pretty straight, threw his fastball to spots well. Change up was a good pitch with nice arm speed and some fading life. Also threw a soft curveball with occasional depth. Lived in the zone and forced some soft contact. 7.81 runner in the sixty. Worked out in both the infield and outfield with better actions in the outfield, same compact arm strength with some young carry to his throws. Right handed hitter, hits from a medium base with a high back elbow load, works downhill to contact, showed some pull side impact when he got the barrel out on time.
