Harvey Coots is a 2028 2B/RHP/3B with a 5-7 120 lb. frame from Pace, FL who attends Pace. Medium frame. In the infield, there's a good bit of bounce to the footwork with decent range. Stabs the backhand some but showed decent feel for the leather as a whole. Energy present ot the actions. Right-handed hitter, wide base, open stance, and high back elbow. The path is elongated to contact with level plane. On the barrel some through the middle of the field. Fluid stroke that is very well repeated for the age. Unorthodox but functional for the present level. On the mound, its a small kick with limited drive. Fastball plays true. Dropped the slot later in the outing and looked much more comfortable. Forced weak contact from the low slot. 8.24 60-yard.
