Luke Lowe is a 2029 SS/RHP/OF with a 5-11 175 lb. frame from Oak Harbor, WA who attends Oak Harbor. Nice young athletic build with good present strength for his age and more to come. 6.93 runner in the sixty. Primary shortstop on defense, tends to wait back on the ball and still developoing his footwork, has the athleticism to become a better mover to the ball, late getting his glove down, made accurate throws with a clean arm action that projects. Right handed hitter, sets up in a straight stance with a short leg raise trigger, tends to stay on his back side, direct swing path with mostly opposite field contact. Took a turn on the mound and worked from a full wind up with rotational mechanics, has a short stride out front, will over rotate at times and miss to the glove side, 3/4's arm stroke. Fastball was in the low 70's, flashed some spin and depth on a curveball, has the raw arm strength to keep improving on the mound with mechanical adjustments.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
