2010 National Pre Draft Showcase
Jose Dore is a 2010 OF/P with a 6'1'', 180 lb. frame from Kissimmee, FL who attends The First Academy. Slender athletic build, good wiry strength. Very good bat speed, quick hands, uses body well to generate leverage at contact, looking to pull the ball, still pulls off ball on occasion but much better at hitting under control. Top level OF tools, smooth easy arm with plus arm strength, on line accurate throws, also worked out in the infield and showed impressive athleticism. Lots of projection left. Signed with Florida State, but could go fairly early in the draft.
