Brody Pilosi is a 2028 C/MIF with a 6-0 192 lb. frame from Bolingbrook, IL who attends Providence Catholic. Thick and strong physical build. Right handed hitter, sets up in a straight stance with a medium leg raise timer, has rhythm and looseness into his swing, line drive swing plane with some bat speed and strength at impact, middle of the field contact, projects some more power as he learns to lift the ball. 5.01 runner in the forty. Primary catcher on defense, segmented actions receiving into throwing, mid-chest exchange with a compact arm action to an over the top release, some carry on his throws to further develop. Also worked out in the infield with third base actions and tools, waits back on the ball and gets his glove down early, quick release on his throws, arm strength played well in the infield. Excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
