Tyler Collins is a 2025 OF/2B with a 5-10 155 lb. frame from Herndon, VA who attends South Lakes. Medium frame with plenty of room to add strength and physicality in the coming years. Ran the 60 yard dash in 7.90 seconds. Primary position OF, moving to the ball aggressively and working the glove off to the side to field. Could get more square in transition as he methodically worked his transfer to throw. Medium inline arm path creating throws with solid accuracy up to 67 mph back to the infield. LHH working from an open and narrow initial stance as he employed a hanging leg lift to get on time. Active hands pre-pitch with a bit of a hitch and head drop as he accelerates to impact. Best bolts were to the pull side when on time and on plane. Power is still ahead of him and will begin to play more often with added size and strength. Tools present and he is an outstanding student.
