Seaton Wix is a 2027 C/RHP, 3B with a 5-10 182 lb. frame from Frankfort, KY who attends Franklin County. Recorded a 7.81 60-yard dash. Primary catcher with a physcial frame and present strength. Began from a staggered stance behind the plate and showed lots of intent. Compact arm action and delivered consistent one hops on line to the bag. Recorded a 2.11 pop time in workouts. Left-handed hitter and starts from a medium base with open feet from the left side. Low hand set and has loft to the path. Meets the ball with hand strength and ball jumps. Similar setup from right side and employs a deep hand load to get separated. Swung the bat hard and showed quality bat speed. Recorded an exit velocity of 85 mph. Secondary right-handed pitcher and threw exclsively from the stretch. Short arm action and ran the fastball up to 74 mph. Named to the 2023 Nashville Prospect Showcase Top Prospect List.
