Tyler Schwartz is a 2025 C with a 5-9 160 lb. frame from Half Moon Bay, CA who attends Half Moon Bay HS. Started off the event clocking a 7.78 60-yard dash. A primary catcher. Offensively, Schwartz starts with a wider, sturdy base. Showed OK bat speed and extension through contact. Had the ability to barrel up the baseball a few times in his BP round employing a pull approach. Behind the plate he demonstrated he had the ability to make a couple accurate throws. The arm strength is developing with a 2.22 POP time. With added time and strength he will be able to sharpen his skills.
