Ian Robinson is a 2029 SS with a 5-5 115 lb. frame from San Diego, CA. Works from a smaller lean frame. Primary shortstop, worked through the baseball well, has some lateral range, displayed stiff glove actions on the backhand. Made smooth transfers, utilizes a medium arm stroke and uphill release, delivered accurate throws, recorded arm strength up to 68 mph across the diamond. Right-handed hitter, starts in a narrow base with a high back elbow, utilizes a subtle leg lift trigger. Showcased some developing bat speed with a middle of the field to pull-side approach, gets extended a bit to the point of impact, recorded an exit velocity of 66 mph. Ran a 7.97 sixty-yard dash.
