2025 PG High School All State Select Championship (28-29 Grads)
Grayson Sauer is a 2029 3B/RHP/SS with a 6-3 180 lb. frame from Windsor, CO who attends Eaton. Long and lean athletic build with lots of room to continue to get stronger. 7.45 runner in the sixty. Primary third baseman on defense, moves well side to side for his size/age, fielded the ball cleanly and adjusted his arm strength well, showed nice arm strength when he got on top of the ball, made accurate throws. Right handed hitter, sets up in a straight stance with a simple stride into contact, easy to repeat swing mechanics with a high contact approach, line drives to all fields, good fundamental hitting base to grow into as he gets stronger. Also pitched, works from a side step wind up with a deliberate pace, full arm swing with some rear back over the rubber, throws from a high 3/4's arm slot. Fastball was mostly in the upper 70's and topped out at 81 mph, had to let up often to try to find the strike zone. Still developing feel for spinning the ball. Has some arm talent but needs repetitions to develop better command. Excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
