Geovani Wade is a 2028 3B/RHP/UT with a 6-0 151 lb. frame from Houston, TX who attends Mayde Creek. Slender frame with plenty of projection left. Ran a 7.57 sixty. Primary infielder with good arm strength built for age. Gets over the top and has some carry across with solid actions to his backhand. Has good idea for fielding to his middle and getting it out on time. Good arm from the outfield with solid footwork into on-line throws. Low liners on a clean hop to the bag and has a sound process overall. Also pitched, standard middle rubber windup with intent to the arm path. Good mover with three pitches and landed his 11-5 curveball in several counts. Fastball plays well to both sides and has feel for the zone. Right-handed hitter with a balanced base and small stride, rotates the upper half well from a level swing path. Stays on plane well and stripes balls back up the middle. More strength coming as he gets into lower half. Great student.
