2023 Fall East Coast Workout Showcase (Friday)  
George Mihu is a 2027 2B/SS/OF with a 5-10 135 lb. frame from Old Brookville, NY who attends Chaminade. Mihu works from a young projectable build with plenty of time to fill out and add strength as a '27 prospect. From the IF, he showcased a deep fielding funnel with a compact arm action to ultimately top out at 58 mph across the diamond. He displayed the ability to field on the run with refining footwork and arm strength in the future. From the OF, Mihu flashed an aggressive approach through the baseball touching 60 mph. On the offensive end, the righty started from a wider base with a lower hand set and low back elbow. He swung with intent to create lift in the bat path and work the middle of the field. Expect barrel control to improve in the future as Mihu physically develops. Ran a 8.18 sixty yard dash. Good student.
