Michael Intzirlis is a 2029 C/1B, OF with a 5-7 166 lb. frame from Clifton Park, NY who attends Shenendehowa. Medium, broad shouldered frame with present strength to frame, strong lower half. Ran a 9.19 60-yard dash. Primary catcher, slightly taller in the set up during drills, receives the ball out front, gets it out of glove quickly, shorter stride out of crouch and can continue to implement additional lower half into release, one hop throws to the bag. Also pitched, side step into a hip high knee lift, longer arm action through the backside working to a true three-quarters release point. Fastball topped out at 63 mph, mostly true in life but works on line down the mound and throws strikes, mixed in a curveball up to 56 mph. Right-handed hitter, begins with a slightly open stance with a high hand set and back elbow at the plate; utilizes a knee lift trigger for timing in the box. Barrel tilt at start of swing, full swing path through the zone with a long finish through the point of contact, opens front side early at times. Works on a mostly linear path, shows comfort working to the pull side.
