Oliver Dean is a 2028 LHP/1B/OF with a 5-7 140 lb. frame from Intervale, NH who attends Fryeburg Academy. Dean works from a lean build with plenty of room to fill out and add strength as a '28 prospect. Primary LHP, showcased a controlled operation with running action present to the FB up to 75 mph. Can deepen the arm path a bit for additional velocity in the future. CB displayed bigger shape with developing spin profile up to 1517 rpm. Released from high 3/4 slot. From the OF, showcased refining footwork with further room to work through the baseball. Produced accurate throws up to 70 mph. Offensively, the left handed hitter started from an even base with a lower relaxed hand set. Utilized a leg lift trigger with pull side approach displayed. Further room to create hip torque and generate carry on the baseball. Posted an exit velo of 79 mph. Ran a 8.08 sixty yard dash.
