Bransyn Tift is a 2027 MIF/RHP, UT with a 5-10 160 lb. frame from Bismarck, ND who attends Legacy High School. Recorded a 8.01 second sixty-yard dash time. Medium frame with a bigger build. Primary middle infielder that moves low to the ground with a lower slot on his throws. Footwork straight to the ball. Accurate throws with developing arm strength and fluidity to the actions. Also threw an inning on the mound. Right-handed pitcher works from a pause-sit-drive style mechanics with a compact arm action and a three- quarter arm slot. The fastball (1612 RPM) was 67-70 with some deception to the delivery. The curveball (1466 RPM) was low 60s with beginning stages feel and loose spin to it. Right-handed hitter starts from a narrow base with high hands and a high back elbow, utilizes a load stride for timing. Level bat path with some jump off the barrel. Intriguing player with upside. Great student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
