Caleb Koil is a 2027 OF/RHP with a 5-9 145 lb. frame from Albuquerque, NM who attends Hope Christian Schools. Ran a 7.25 sixty-yard dash. Showcased versatility and agility during defensive workouts, appearing in both the outfield and the infield. From the grass, Koil attacked well and made the plays via a reliable glove, delivering throws up to 69 mph. On the dirt, the New Mexico native worked well laterally, getting into position before delivering accurate throws across up to 70 mph. Koil starts with an even base and higher hands in the right-handed box, moving into a simple and direct leg load pre-launch. He then fires through an uphill and accurate barrel, spraying multiple fields with line drives. Koil produced exit velocities up to 74 mph. Great student.
