Gavin Litterer is a 2029 C/RHP/1B with a 5-10 160 lb. frame from Colonia, NJ who attends Colonia. Medium frame with some physical projection remaining. 9.28 runner in the sixty. Primary catcher, sets up in a side-saddled stance and works uphill out of the crouch. Tends to segment the transfer and limit the amount of ground gained. Developing footwork and lateral agility. Up to 59 mph with a pop-time of 2.37 sec on throws to second base. Secondary pitcher, full wind-up with a high and compact leg lift. Drives off the rubber well while separating into a shorter arm path and high 3/4 arm slot. Fastball got up to 64 mph and set up a softer curveball with a developing spin profile. Right handed hitter, starts in an even stance with a high back elbow and flat hand set-up. Simple stride out for timing. Works into a slightly uphill bat path and remains balanced through impact. Showed feel for creating leverage to the pull-side. Strong hands with more power to project on. Posted an exit velo of 68 mph. Excellent student.
