Joshua Malinowski is a 2028 RHP with a 5-10 160 lb. frame from Oak Lawn, IL who attends St. Rita of Cascia. Medium young build with lots of time and room to get stronger. Works from a full wind up with a standard side step/leg raise start, stays tall over the rubber with some lower half coil, clean and long arm action to a high 3/4's arm slot, ball comes out well out front. Fastball was in the upper 70's and topped out at 80 mph with some run down low and ride up. Curveball had 12/6 downer shape and some depth, also flashed a change up. Threw strikes with all his pitches and competed well. 7.96 runner in the sixty. Projects in all areas. Good student.
