Freddie Quezada is a 2028 OF/RHP/2B with a 5-7 170 lb. frame from Kaukauna, WI who attends Kaukauna. Shorter compact build with some present strength to build on. Right handed hitter, sets up in a spread stance with a toe tap timer, rotational swing with a direct swing path, has solid bat speed and the ability to impact the ball, has some lift in his swing out front, good swing base to build on. 5.02 runner in the forty. Primary outfielder on defense, is aggressive to the ball and fields it cleanly out front, makes on line throws with some carry to them. Also worked out in the infield but has much better actions in the outfield, choppy to the ball, tends to get his glove down late, arm works better in the outfield as well. Took a turn on the mound, works from a side step delivery with a high leg raise start and a high 3/4's arm slot, athletic actions coming down the mound. Fastball was mostly in the upper 70's and topped out at 81 mph with some two-seam and four-seam action. Curveball had some sharpness and vertical depth. Named to the PG Iowa Indoor Showcase Top Prospect List.
