Isaac Jahir De La Cruz Montero is a 2030 OF/LHP/1B with a 5-3 116 lb. frame from Sinking Spring, PA who attends Wilson. Small frame with plenty of room and time to physically mature. Primary outfielder, works through the baseball with choppy footwork and carries his momentum fairly well as he gets through it. Attempts to work on top as he pulls down hard into release. Has some developing quickness in the shoulder. Arm will continue to develop with physical maturity. Delivered accurate throws while recording arm strength up to 66 mph from the outfield. Left-handed hitter, starts in an open stance with tight hands and a low back elbow. Utilizes a negative toe-tap trigger for timing before working into an uphill bat path. Has some barrel depth with developing quickness in the hands. Produced fairly consistent contact to the middle of the field during batting practice. Projects for more power with additional strength. Posted an exit velocity of 64 mph. Ran an 8.33 sixty-yard dash.
