Henry Kopp is a 2027 OF/RHP with a 6-3 165 lb. frame from Prairie Du Sac, WI who attends Sauk Prairie. Tall and slender young build with lots of room to fill in and get stronger. 7.83 runner in the sixty. Primary outfielder on defense, step by step actions to and through the ball, fields cleanly out front, shorter arm action with an uphill release and developing carry/accuracy. Right handed hitter, sets up in a straight stance, starts his swing casting his hands out, longer swing that hits around the ball for mostly pull side contact, bat speed should continue to improve with additional strength and physical maturity. Also pitched and showed his arm strength and athleticism best on the mound, mechanics are pretty clean with good direction down the mound and the ability to repeat his arm action. Fastball topped out at 78 mph with more there in the future. Threw a soft sweeping slider with some depth as his secondary pitch. Good student.
