Andrew Salguero is a solid strong 6'0/190 RHP from Miami, FL. He topped at 86 in Tropicana Field but it looks like there's much more in him. He threw a big looping 67 mph CB that worked pretty good when he kept it down. He also showed a nice 72 mph changeup. He has a strong but not necessarily projectable body as he looks fairly mature physically. He can pitch and needs to be followed closely by DI programs.
