Nathan Struss is a 2012 C/1B, OF with a 6-0 170 lb. frame from Collegeville, PA who attends Perkiomen Valley. Struss has a solid, athletic body. Even stance at the plate, quiet approach, very short path to the ball, good extension, high finish, minimal weight shift/load, good tools at plate to develop. Very short release/arm action behind the plate, solid blocking, online throws. He is a good student.
