Colby Suggs is a 2010 RHP with a 6'0'', 215 lb. frame from Sulphur Springs, TX who attends Sulphur Springs HS. Thick well proportioned build, very athletic/agile for size. Simple rear back and fire delivery, throws downhill, attacks K zone with FB's. Flashes plus FB velocity, many 93's, consistent 91-92 mph, with some life. Breaking ball better with SL velo/shorter break, will create CB shape/spin at times. Primary FB pitcher. Good athlete, shows bat speed/power at the plate, aggressive swing, 3B tools defensively, could be 2-way college player at the very highest level. Very good student.
