Matt Geislinger is a 2011 LHP/OF/1B with a 6'1'', 175 lb. frame from Watkins, MN who attends Eden Valley - Watkins HS. Medium athletic build, some strength. Big back turn delivery, full deep arm circle, extended 3/4's release point, stays balanced and directional. Upper 70's fastball, touched 80 mph, mostly straight, challenges hitters with FB, stays low in zone. Big sweeping CB, flashes good spin, rare change up. Pitches to spots, has a good idea. Balanced hitting approach, big swing with some bat speed, pull hitter, likes ball down in zone.
