Deshorn Lake is a 2011 RHP with a 6-0 210 lb. frame from Newport News, VA who attends Menchville HS. Strong broad shouldered build, long arms for his height. Back turn delivery, long extended deep arm circle, long stride out front, some effort on 3/4's release. Very strong arm, fastball 90-94 mph, big sharp breaking low 80's slider, good consistent shape, developing change up. Native of the Virgin Islands, still young in terms of experience. Selected to the Aflac All-American team.
