Aramis Fernandez is a 2005 third baseman/shortstop from Toa Baja PR with a projectable frame showing present strength at 6 ft. 0 160 pounds. He starts his swing with low hands and a slight sweeping action, but he has a nice finish. He gets out on his front side quickly and has good bat speed. He has quick hands and showed good power to all fields. Defensively, he is quick and clean with a smooth transfer, and showed very good range at third base. He has a quick release and showed some arm strength across the infield. He has good playable tools and he will be a solid infielder at the next level.
