Michael Sinicola is a 6'0", 175 lb. middle infielder from noted Northeast baseball powerhouse Bishop Hendrickson HS in Warwick, Rhode Island. Actually, we understand that he is a standout hockey player whose brother is a college baseball player. Sinicola hasn’t played much baseball recently, which showed the most on defense. He was tentative approaching the ball and bent at the waist instead of using his lower half (i.e. like a hockey player). He did show nice hands and a playable arm. Sinicola showed some potential with the bat. He obviously has good hand/eye coordination and strong hands. The ball jumped real well on contact and he flashed some good power potential while making consistent contact against live and BP pitching. Michael is a good student.
