Scott Williams is a 2012 C with a 6-2 195 lb. frame from Berwyn, PA who attends Conestoga HS. Tall angular build, some present strength with room for more. Very easy and loose actions behind the plate, plus raw arm strength, clean easy release, very accurate arm, 1.93 best pop but looks much faster, receives cleanly, can improve blocking skills. Right handed hitter, tall stance, loose and extended swing, moves through contact well, good balance, has some lift to his swing, can drive the gaps. Nice all around talent who projects well. Outstanding student, verbal commitment to Virginia.
