Luis Guillorme is a 2013 SS with a 5-10 165 lb. frame from Davie, FL who attends Chaminade-Madonna HS. Slender young athletic build. 7.28 runner but plays much faster, especially on defense. Very smooth actions, soft hands, very quick exchange and release, accurate throws with some carry, plays defense with little effort but plenty of skill. Left handed hitter, slap hitter, gets to his front side very early, spray line drive contact, squares up consistently, aggressive swing but recognizes pitches early, executes approach but might benefit from better balance/generating bat speed as he gets stronger. Defense will carry. Named to the Top Prospect Team.
