Colton Austin is a 2014 OF/RHP with a 6-0 185 lb. frame from Spring, TX who attends Cooper. Projectable large frame with a solid build. Has good arm strength from the outfield with carry on his throws which are online and accurate. Plays through the ball well with good footwork and has good defensive actions. Has an upright stance at the plate with a leg lift trigger. Line drive approach with a good fluid swing, quick hands, with good extension and has power potential. Makes consistent hard contact at the plate and goes with the pitch well.
