Colin Cameron is a 2015 RHP/3B with a 6-3 190 lb. frame from The Woodlands, TX who attends The Woodlands College Park HS. Well proportioned tall athletic build, very projectable physically. Big side step delivery, high energy delivery that he controls due to his athleticism, 3/4's arm slot, arm is fast and loose coming through. Steady upper 80's fastball, topped out at 89 mph, has gained 4-5 mph in the last year, more velocity in there with additional strength, fastball gets hard arm side running life at times, locates fastball well. Slurve type breaking ball has hard tilting action at times. Throws both a straight change and a hard split finger fastball. Has command of all his pitches and an idea how to pitch. Good athlete with two-way potential. 7.04 runner, good actions in the outfield with good quickness to the ball and easy footwork throwing. Right handed hitter, short and quick line drive swing, patient hitter with an idea what he wants to hit, good two-strike approach, makes consistent hard contact to all fields. High IQ athlete who plays hard and has a high ceiling. Very good student.
