Almendarez has a young lean build, hits from a slightly closed stance, toe tap trigger, aggressive approach, short compact swing with extension, centered ball up, power could develop with added strength to frame, smart base runner, defensively has a loose arm action, quick arm, comes through ball, feet work well on infield, good arm strength for age, should continue to improve.
