Matthew Mazoch is a 2014 OF/ with a 5-11 185 lb. frame from Pflugerville, TX who attends Hendrickson. Medium compact build with an athletic frame. Gets good reads on fly balls in the outfield which allows him to cover lots of ground, has a good quick first step with an accurate arm. Has high hands with a square stance start at the plate. Has an aggressive swing lets the ball travel, a line drive approach with lift in his swing. Drives the ball the other way well, displays bat speed has pop in his bat and hustles out of the box. Pitches from a 3/4 arm slot with a short arm circle. He works quickly on the mound with an arm that works and pitches to contact. Is a excellent student.
