Jacob Delk is a 2014 C/OF/RHP with a 6-2 170 lb. frame from Alpharetta, GA who attends Mount Pisgah Christian HS. Slender young build, room to get stronger. Low and flexible sets behind the plate, good athleticism receiving and shifting, quick release with a compact arm action, developing arm strength, 2.04 best pop time, also plays the outfield, 7.19 runner. Right handed hitter, open stance, short line drive swing, patient hitter who swings hard and looks to drive the ball, will improve with additional strength. Aggressive on the bases and plays hard. Excellent student.
