Sydney Daley is a 2013 SS/RHP/OF with a 6-4 190 lb. frame from Bedford, TX who attends Bell HS. Tall and rangy build, lots of room to get stronger. Tall actions defensively, shows some athleticism in the infield, charges the ball well, quick transfer and release, moves well, 7.04 runner, most likely a third baseman at the next level, especially if he begins to fill out. Also played the outfield, showed smooth actions and a smooth, loose projectable arm. Right handed hitter, busy load and hard leg kick that can affect his timing, shows quick hands and some bat speed, swings hard and aggressively, line drive swing plane with gap power, has the tools to improve offensively with some pre-swing adjustments. Good student.
