Yuji Suzuki is a 2012 RHP/MIF with a 5-10 160 lb. frame from Toronto, ON who attends Forest Hill Collegiate Institute. Medium build athlete with lots of versatility. Good athlete who ran 6.85 sixty. Very good present pitchability. Throws from 3/4 slot with room arm speed. Loose arm action with good control and command. Full delivery with some deception. Hits spots and throws strikes with three pitches. Fastball has late life and sink. Curveball has late 10/4 break with sharpness and changeup had good sink and arm action. Very good tools on the middle infield, good hands, quick transfer and solid arm action. Short swing at the plate with good contact skills and an easy line drive stroke. Good plate coverage with more pop to come. Excellent student.
