Jeremy Knight is a 2013 RHP with a 6-1 170 lb. frame from Pascagoula, MS who attends Pascagoula HS. Slender young athletic build, some present strength. High energy delivery, arm circle is smooth and quick, loose out front, high 3/4's arm slot and works downhill, some effort on release, works quickly. Fastball to 84 mph, mostly straight, tends to miss up in zone with fastball, especially from the stretch. Flashes hard curveball spin with power break, still developing feel for locating curveball. Good arm with potential to improve quickly. Right handed hitter, busy load, aggressive swing, downward swing plane, hits out front, flashes some bat speed. Good student.
