Justin Farrar is a 2014 LHP/OF with a 6-1 190 lb. frame from Missouri City, TX who attends Ridge Point HS. Solid athletic build, fairly mature physically. Simple leg raise delivery, high 3/4's arm slot, stays balanced and on line well and repeats his release point, arm works well. Mid 80's fastball, reached back and touched 88 mph a few times, good arm side running action at times, spots his fastball to both sides of the plate. Good curveball spin in the mid 70's with 1/7 shape, has a feel for his breaking ball. Did not see change up but has thrown in the past, will be an important part of his arsenal. Polished southpaw.
