Trace Thornal is a 2015 SS/2B, 3B with a 5-11 165 lb. frame from Ocala, FL who attends Lake Weir. Medium frame, athletic projectable frame with room to fill out. Ran a 7.52 60 yard dash. Moves well on feet in the infield and shows range to his glove side. Arm strength plays across the infield, accuracy and carry on throws, and worked through the ball well. Left handed batter who starts from a spread, crouched stance. Busy load, shows a line drive swing with contact to his pull side. Strength in swing and shows nice tools that will continue to develop with added strength. Excellent student.
