Evan Rodrigue is a 2014 OF/ with a 6-1 165 lb. frame from Manchester, CT who attends Manchester. Athletic build player with a lean frame and room to fill out and add strength. Good tools as a defensive outfielder, solid actions and works thru the ball. Light on feet with quickness, has feel for position. Shows arm strength and online throws with carry. Right handed hitter, no stride approach at plate, toe tap trigger. Relaxed approach, good balance. Short stroke with line drive swing plane and extension. Has some lift in swing and showed the ability to go the other way. Good student.
