Noel Cheneau III is a 2015 SS/OF with a 5-11 170 lb. frame from New Orleans, LA who attends Salmen. Cheneau III has a lean build with room to fill out and add strenght. Very projectable player with a lot of upside. Hits from both sides of the plate, from the right hits from a slightly open stance, good lower half direction, line drive swing plane with lift. from the left side, hits from a slightly open stance, line drive plane with good extension out front Defensively, long loose arm, clean transfer and release with accurate throws. On the infield, ball carries well out of hand. Works through ball on backhand well. Has quick transfer and release. Ran a 6.57 sixty. Good student. Signed at Spartanburg Methodist College.
