Peter Manny is a 2015 C/OF with a 5-11 190 lb. frame from New York, NY who attends The Peddie School. Medium, athletic frame with a strong, mature build. Ran a 7.45 60-yard dash. Primary catcher, sound defensive actions behind the plate, blocks well in the dirt, quick short arm action with accurate throws to second base, pop time will improve with incorporation of lower half into throws. Right-handed hitter, starts with a spread base and uses a toe tap trigger for timing. Upper half swing, keeps hands in, quick path to the ball, strength plays in swing, carries well off the barrel, generates occasional lift, shows ability to drive to gaps. Very good student.
