Dakota Middleton is a 2015 SS/3B, C with a 6-0 165 lb. frame from Navarre, FL who attends Navarre. Large, athletic frame with a lean, projectable build and room to fill out with added strength. Ran a 7.27 60-yard dash. Primary shortstop, shows athletic actions to the ball, easy arm action that comes out of hand cleanly with nice strength across, gets under throws a bit, high energy player, gets carry on throws when on top. Athleticism plays behind the plate, long release on throws but shows nice strength and cary on throws down to second base with a full arm action. Right-handed hitter, short and clean stroke to the ball, gets hands inside well and stays compact through swing, upper body swing, quick hands through the zone and creates contact to his pull side, strength will continue to develop with incorporation of lower half.
