Steven Fitzsimmons is a 2016 OF with a 5-11 165 lb. frame from Golden Valley, MN who attends Robbinsdale Cooper HS. Medium athletic build, some present strength with more to come. 7.00 runner, athletic aggressive actions in the outfield, attacks the ball, good footwork throwing with a quick release, centerfield approach and tools. Left handed hitter, spread open stance, inside swing path, loose swing with some extension, high average approach, hits line drives to all fields and handles the barrel well. Speed and aggressiveness are factors on the bases. Excellent student.
