Jonathan Carratala is a 2014 OF/ with a 5-10 170 lb. frame from Hialeah, FL who attends Hialeah Gardens Senior. He is an athletic player with a medium compact frame and a solid build. He showed an accurate arm, will add more velocity by getting on top of the ball. He has a good first step with good speed which allows him to run balls down in the gap. He has a low hand set at the plate with good balance in his stance and an aggressive approach. Is short to the ball with a level swing making consistent line drive contact, hitting the ball to all fields, and makes good barrel contact. Is a very good student.
