Chandler Taylor is a 2015 OF/LHP/1B with a 6-2 200 lb. frame from Montgomery, AL who attends Alabama Christian Academy. Very strong athletic build, fairly mature physically. Left handed hitter, upper body rotational swing, tends to open his front side early, long aggressive swing that flashes very good bat speed, good extension out front, some uphill plane to contact, has big pull power on his pitch, key in hitting development with be improving direction to contact and overall balance. 71.4 runner, good overall outfield fundamentals, long arm action with a crow hop and fair arm strength, accurate throws. Good student, verbal commitment to Alabama.
